Megan Megan "Peg" Kirby, Psy.D.



Dr. Kirby holds a Doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Kirby is a licensed Clinical Psychologist. She has been a Peace Corps volunteer, a teacher, and a supervisor in both public and private agencies. She has specialized in Attachment and Trauma Focused Therapy since 1995. Dr. Kirby is EMDR Level II Certified. She is the adoptive mom of four children.

Ken Frohock, LMHC, LRC Ken Frohock, LMHC, LRC



Mr. Frohock has a Master’s Degree and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in counseling. Mr. Frohock brings his extensive clinical experience in the fields of Domestic Violence and Addictions to the team. He is EMDR Level II Certified. Mr. Frohock is a regional Manager of the Adoption Journeys Program offering support to Adoptive families at risk for disruption. He has been a counselor since 1988. He is the adoptive dad of three children.

Jen Kelleher Jen Kelleher



Jen Kelleher has worked in the human services field for the past 25 years. For the past 14 years she has worked at the Attachment Institute as our office manager. Jen is responsible for phone intakes, billing, and keeping the Institute running as effectively and as efficiently as possible, She is the mother of two children.

Heather Lerminiaux, LICSW
Mrs. Lerminiaux has been a family therapist working with families with trauma and attachment since 1994. She went to Cornell and received her masters at Boston University. She has been in private practice in Framingham for the past ten years. She is a mom of two children.
